I am Himval, your partner in self-growth and a mental health practitioner who has dedicated her life to healing, mindfulness, and spreading joy in the world. By profession, I am a certified life coach, with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. 

My journey began back in 2008 when I graduated in Psychology and decided to pursue a life full of meaning and purpose. I soon carried on with an MPhil and PhD in Clinical Psychology. And thus, over the last 11 years, I have used my knowledge, skills, and expertise to heal hundreds of souls and pivot them towards a better life.

 What’s my role in this?

I am a certified psychotherapist and life coach with an MPhil and PhD in Clinical Psychology. In my practice of over 10 years, I have helped hundreds of people attain their highest self through life coaching and talk therapy (psychotherapy). And as someone who knows mental health inside out, the first thing I want to tell you is that it is nice to see you here.
