As a trained life coach, I have guided a multitude of individuals towards their definition of success. During my journey of driving them to bliss, I carefully curated these programs that help you achieve focused goals efficiently and in a set period.
Mindset Shaping Program (3 weeks)
In this program, I help you discover the true potential of your mind. Together, we will work on achieving a more positive outlook towards your life, relationships, and situations, so that you can find your path to happiness and fulfilment with more ease and grace.
Finding Fitness Program (6 weeks)
If you’re struggling with following your diet plan to lose weight, become fitter, or achieve a healthier mind and body, this program is the perfect guide for you. Here, I will help you address problems such as eating disorders and emotional, binge, or obsessive eating. With scientific methods to fight these challenges, we bring accountability for your everyday workout or diet goals.
Parenting 101 Program (3 weeks)
While adulting is tough, parenting is even more complicated. In this program, I teach you how to instil qualities like affirmation, self-confidence, self-love, and more in your child. This program is backed by scientific techniques that help both parents and children. The coaching, however, is meant only for parent/s.
Self-esteem Booster Program (3-4 weeks)
Here’s a secret long-held: if you show up with confidence, you’ve already won half the battle. So in this program, work with me to become kinder, more accepting, and more loving of yourself. By the end of the month, this program will guide you towards your more confident and emotionally independent self.
Art of Living Program (4 weeks)
In this program, we come together to address any hurdles that you’re facing in life. We discover your weaknesses and strengths and work towards achieving your higher self, someone who is more successful, content, happy, and fulfilled.
Workshops for Women and Parents
Over my career of more than ten years, I have contributed to several schools and colleges with my coaching programs in career selection, stress management, and counselling. Furthermore, I take group coaching at corporate setups and healthcare facilities. How is life coaching different from psychotherapy?
Life coaching helps you get the hang of the daily activities of life, such as diet, habits, unresolved issues, better focus, and so on. In contrast, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals help treat mental health conditions caused by trauma and other issues from the past. For mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and more, it is advised to go for psychotherapy and not life coaching.
