Let’s talk therapy

A more Beautiful and Fulfilling Life awaits you. Let me help you pave the way towards it.

Mind and Body Wellness in Covid Times

With a global pandemic shackling our lives, we’re living through times that have never been seen or dealt with before. If the pandemic has taken a toll on your mental health, relationships, work, or anything in between, I want you to talk it out. Covid anxiety is real and has taken over the lives of millions around the world. So let’s fight it for a better tomorrow.

One on One Talk Therapy (Psychotherapy)

Life can be tricky. Too tough to handle, sometimes. But there’s always a way out, and I’m here to help you find it. If you have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, psychosomatic or mood disorders, or are going through a callous time in life, talk therapy (psychotherapy) is your light at the end of the tunnel.

Couple Therapy

As a couple, if you’re facing troubles like frequent arguments or fights, misunderstandings, or loss of interest in your partner, talking it out to the right person can help a great deal. During the consultation, I help you gauge expectations, evaluate behaviour, and work towards a tender and more loving side in each one of you. Couple therapy helps in rekindling the relationship and rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, and making better decisions as partners.

Family Therapy

If there are unresolved issues in your family, collaborative therapy sessions can help fix the oldest, most bitter wounds of your relationships. Here, each family member works with me towards betterment on both personal and family fronts. For family therapy, I work extensively on workshops that run for 2-3 hours, which I can conduct on a home-visit basis too.

Questions You May Have

Individuals with suicidal tendencies, women going through menopause, individuals with sleep-related, or physical health problems, and abuse victims are generally recommended to consult a psychotherapist for overcoming trauma and mental illnesses.

Furthermore, if you’re going through a tough time at work, have issues with your family, face difficulty communicating with your parents/children, or are in a tumultuous relationship, psychotherapy is the healthiest way to emerge from your dark days.

If you have noticed negative changes in your behaviour such as lack of energy, lower self-esteem, physiological problems, lack of motivation to get out of bed, irritable bowel syndrome, or physical and mental uneasiness, talk therapy can help you identify the root of the problem and solve it permanently.
